IPW partner Will Writer Pro is introducing new services that help you
look after clients for life, from their first instruction to the final estate
distribution.
Most of us spend our working lives at the start of a client's journey:
taking instructions, drafting the will, setting up the LPAs. What happens
years later is often out of our hands, and it isn't always easy for families.
According to Exizent's Bereavement Index 2024, 94% of legal
professionals find probate slow and complicated. This year, Will Writer
Pro is helping to change that. Alongside its willwriting platform, Will
Writer Pro is introducing MyDigiSafe and Probate Toolkit, bringing the

Administer: when the time comes, that information flows straight

Support: if the executor needs professional help, the case passes to
a practitioner on Probate Toolkit Pro, already organised and ready to
work from.
