The Will Writer Pro platform
Will Writer Pro is an all-in-one platform built specifically for willwriters. It

What's new on the platform in Q4
Over the summer, the Will Writer Pro team spent a long time listening to
users' first-hand experiences and watching the platform in action. This
level of user interaction has been invaluable, allowing the team to walk
the proverbial mile in their clients' shoes.
As a direct result, more than 30 small improvements are being made.
These cover everything from clearer labels and a refined address book
display to more default options and the ability to change the order in
which people appear in documents.
The Japanese have a word for this: kaizen, meaning continual
improvement through consistent small changes. Each one on its own is
minor, but together they create a much more intuitive experience for
users.
Will Writer Pro is also launching an industry first, which will be
announced and demonstrated at its virtual conference on 15 October.

The focus for the rest of Q4 will be completing the final requests from
user feedback, along with training and supporting users on the new
MyDigiSafe and Probate Toolkit services.
