Welcome
Our finances are moving in the right direction, giving us
a stronger basis on which to plan. Alongside this, we
are developing our priorities for the next one, two and
three years, with a clear emphasis on sustainable
growth, the quality of our services and the value we
provide to members.
On behalf of the Institute, thank you for your continued
support and contribution. Your emails, feedback and
suggestions help us understand what matters most to
you and where improvements are needed. We cannot
act on every suggestion immediately, but we listen
carefully and use your feedback to inform our
decisions.
Finally, I look forward to welcoming you to our
conference in the new year. It will be a valuable
opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and spend time
with colleagues from across the profession. Please
book as soon as booking opens.
